By using our app, "UPI Payment Broadcast", you agree to the following terms and conditions: हमारे ऐप, "UPI पेमेंट ब्रॉडकास्ट" का उपयोग करके, आप निम्नलिखित नियमों और शर्तों से सहमत हैं:

1. Your Privacy Matters १. आपकी गोपनीयता मायने रखती है

We do not collect or store any of your personal data on our servers. All processing happens directly on your device. Your privacy is our priority. हम अपने सर्वर पर आपका कोई भी व्यक्तिगत डेटा एकत्र या संग्रहीत नहीं करते हैं। सारी प्रोसेसिंग सीधे आपके डिवाइस पर होती है। आपकी गोपनीयता हमारी प्राथमिकता है।

2. Your Responsibility २. आपकी जिम्मेदारी

You are solely responsible for how you use this application. The developers are not liable for any form of misuse, including but not limited to, the forwarding of sensitive information or any consequences of delayed or undelivered notifications. आप इस एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग कैसे करते हैं, इसके लिए आप पूरी तरह से जिम्मेदार हैं। डेवलपर्स किसी भी प्रकार के दुरुपयोग के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं, जिसमें संवेदनशील जानकारी को अग्रेषित करना या विलंबित या गैर-डिलीवर की गई सूचनाओं के किसी भी परिणाम शामिल हैं, लेकिन इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं हैं।

This application is provided without any warranties. We cannot guarantee its features will be accurate or functional at all times, as it relies on the notifications generated by third-party UPI apps and the Android operating system. Functionality may be affected by OS updates or changes in third-party apps. यह एप्लिकेशन बिना किसी वारंटी के प्रदान किया गया है। हम यह गारंटी नहीं दे सकते कि इसकी सुविधाएँ हर समय सटीक या कार्यात्मक होंगी, क्योंकि यह तीसरे पक्ष के UPI ऐप्स और एंड्रॉइड ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम द्वारा उत्पन्न सूचनाओं पर निर्भर करता है। कार्यक्षमता OS अपडेट या तीसरे पक्ष के ऐप्स में बदलाव से प्रभावित हो सकती है।

4. Limitation of Liability ४. दायित्व की सीमा

The developers will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that result from your use of, or inability to use, this app. This includes any financial loss or data loss that may occur. डेवलपर्स इस ऐप के आपके उपयोग, या उपयोग करने में असमर्थता के परिणामस्वरूप होने वाले किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। इसमें कोई भी वित्तीय हानि या डेटा हानि शामिल है जो हो सकती है।

5. Changes to Terms ५. शर्तों में बदलाव
